You must agree to the following terms of service before you can register an account with ServerCakes. If you do not agree to the terms you will be unable to complete your registration.

• If payment is not recieved within 24 hours of purchase then your account will be closed and an email notifying you of this change will be sent to your registered email address.
• Content uploaded onto your webhosting account must be lawful material. This includes but is not limited to: copyrighted material, threatning or obscene content, pirated software, proxy script and viruses or any malicious files.
• We do not allow clients to send unsolicited e-mails, bulk emailing or spam e-mails through our service. Sending e-mail spam will result in account termination and you will be notified via your registered email.
